SJI Conservation District elections, Tuesday, Feb. 28

The election of supervisors for the San Juan Islands Conservation District is Tuesday, Feb. 28.

One supervisor will be elected by voter, while the other will be appointed by the Washington State Conservation Commission for a 3-year term on the governing board.

The board of supervisors is responsible for governance and oversight, formulation of policy regulating, budget approval, and resource monitoring.
