Early morning, ‘Special meeting’ of San Juan Island School Board, Feb. 22

The San Juan Island School board will meet Feb. 22, at the school district office on Blair Avenue, beginning at 8 a.m.

The purpose of this “special’ meeting of the school board, an executive, closed-door session, is to review the performance of a district employee. The board will take no action following its closed-door review, which is expected to span two hours, according to a district press release.

The board will reconvene for an open meeting following its executive session.
