Kudos for Spring Street work

Hats off to Mike Carlson and his crew for their work on the current Spring Street project. A major project like this is difficult enough, but the necessity of having to close the road every evening, work well into the night, and then make the road usable for the next day adds another layer of complexity. Your efforts have caused minimal disruption but are accomplishing a much needed task.

Kudos also to the Town of Friday Harbor for the planning and foresight to address the problem in the off-season rather than just waiting until there was another emergency.
