The owner of a dog determined to be dangerous must take out a $100,000 insurance policy before the dog is released from custody. The amount was incorrect in the story, “Dog attack blamed in ‘beloved’ alpaca’s death,” page 14A, Aug. 6 Journal.

— Two paragraphs near the end of the story, “Oldest orca believed dead,” page 1A, Aug. 6 Journal, should have read, “With K-7’s death, the oldest Southern resident orca is J-2, also known as Granny …” and “K-7’s descendants include a daughter, K-11, believed born in 1933 …” The paragraphs each had a typo.
