Michael Henry Ready, age 67, passed away on May 5, 2020, in Bellingham, Washington.

Michael was born in the Seattle area but grew up on Sunset Point, San Juan Island. He graduated Friday Harbor High School class of 1972 and received an Associate of Arts degree from Skagit Valley College. He has been living in Bellingham since the mid-1980s.

Michael enjoyed painting, studying the Baháhí writings, exploring science and history, and was quite a film buff.

Mike was preceded in death by his parents, Bettie and Bill Ready, and his oldest sister, Bettie Clinton. He’s survived by his two other sisters, Marjorie Sierra of Duvall, Washington; Kathy Rishel of Ashland, Oregon; and several nieces and nephews.

Michael was laid to rest at Enterprise Cemetery in Ferndale, Washington.
