Larry Fulton passed away on June 25, 2025, in his home on San Juan Island with family by his side.

He was a thoughtful, gentle and generous human being. He enjoyed life and shared that enjoyment with others in many ways, loving, caring, teaching, sailing, skiing, photography, and traveling all over the world. He had a curious mind and a vagabond heart.

He was also a brilliant Biology professor for over 40 years. During those years he inspired hundreds of students to open their minds to science with his enthusiasm for understanding that biology was not just another class but it was about life!

He will be missed by family and friends.
