James Cavanaugh-Spain passed away unexpectedly at the age of 29 in Friday Harbor, Washington on May 10, 2017. Jim was born in Los Angeles, California in 1987 and attended Marshall Fundamental Secondary school in Pasadena, California and Agoura Hills High School in Agoura Hills, California. He went on to serve in the Marine Corps where he completed two tours overseas and was awarded a Purple Heart. Jim was an artist and singer and enjoyed fixing up and riding motorcycles. He is survived by his wife, Emily and three children, Evelyn (10), Jesse (6), and Mackenzie (2), his mother, Dolly Salazar (Ted Leiker), and father, Jon Spain. He will be missed beyond measure.
