A long-time resident of San Juan Island, Donna Ruth Miller passed on Tuesday, July 26, in Bellingham, Washington. She had been battling cancer for some time.
Memorial Service is Saturday, August 27, 1 p.m. at Island Community Church. Gathering afterwards at the Fellowship Hall.
