Pfizer and Moderna appointments are available.

Test positive from an over-the-counter test? SJC now has an online submission portal. Go to https://www.sanjuanco.com/1668/2019-Novel-Coronavirus. If you cannot submit your positive results online, leave a voicemail message at 360-370-7500.

Note that high case volume is preventing the Health Department team from performing standard case investigations. Please review this document carefully (https://www.sanjuanco.com/DocumentCenter/View/24973/Test-Positive-Steps-011122) to ensure that you are taking all precautions and doing all you can to minimize community spread.

Testing supplies are limited. The whole country is experiencing this frustration. Until more supplies shake loose, we must act with extra caution. If you feel sick, stay home. Limit gatherings outside of your household. Mask up. Stay safe.
