Public forum on future of new library

Submitted by the San Juan Island Library.

Please join the San Juan Island Library Board of Trustees and Director for a public forum on the future of the new library, Tuesday, June 27 from 7-9 p.m., at Brickworks. The library will present information on the 660 Spring Street property and plans for a new library, as well as news about the Washington State Department of Commerce grant, and private fundraising for building the new library. There will be time for public comment and questions at this first of several public meetings to come.

The public—our library patrons—are encouraged to attend and join in the discussion. A recording will be available afterward at www.sjlib.org.

For more information, please contact Laurie Orton at lorton@sjlib.org or call 360-378-2798.
