“This will be a critical year for women running for the state Legislature,” said Linda Mitchell, President of the National Women’s Political Caucus (NWPC) of Washington. “We used to have 40 percent women in legislative office and now we are slipping to about 30 percent. Kris Lytton is exactly the kind of candidate the NWPC looks to endorse early. Kris is competent, accomplished in her community, and hard working – as evidenced by her being the top fundraiser in her race.”

Lytton and her husband of 21 years, Mike, live in Anacortes. They have two sons, one at Anacortes High School and the other at the University of Washington. To find out more about Lytton’s campaign, visit www.KrisLytton.com.
