— San Juan Digitization Project, also known as the San Juan Story Collection, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., location to be announced. Bring in historic local items that convey life on our island. Digitization will let others see your stuff, but you won’t have to relinquish custody of your treasures. Bring photographs, large-format items such as quilts, or three-dimensional objects.

Wednesday, March 4
— Video of Dr. Michael Adams’ lecture, “Ansel Adams, Passionate Environmentalist — The Early Years & Traveling the Southwest,” 5:30 and 7 p.m., San Juan Community Theatre Gubelman Room. This free event will illuminate the artistic and personal life of the famous photographer. It is sponsored by the San Juan Islands Museum of Art & Sculpture Park.
