Join in Tibetan enlightening teachings at 7 p.m., Wednesday, July 18 in the beautiful dome at Art of Alchemy Center, located at 1255 Wold Road in Friday Harbor.

From the legendary Padmasambhava and Mandarava caves of Lotus Lake in north India, Lama Lena is bringing Dzogchen and pure nature of mind teachings to San Juan Island. Lama Lena is translator, practitioner and teacher of the deep, rich traditional Tibetan enlightening teachings.

Lama Lena spent many years with her Tibetan teacher, Wangdor Rinpoche, including seven years in the caves of Tso Pema in India. She teaches all over the world and is quite renowned as a wild yogini who presents the Buddhist dharma in a completely unique way, with altruistic motivation and dedication to all beings.
