In honor of Whale Action Month, the Langley Whale Center is hosting a Meet the Author event, Saturday, June 22, from noon – 5 p.m., featuring writers like Sharon Mentyka, Rebecca Pillsbury, Rick Wood and Leigh Calvez. The authors will be available to sign books and answer questions throughout the afternoon. These and other talented writers fill the gift shop with well-written and important information about whales and the environment. The event will take place at 105 Anthes Ave, Langley, Washington.
