Are you unemployed? Looking for a summer job? Want to start a career? Whatever you are looking for, an upcoming local job fair is the place to find that opportunity. The event is from 9:30 a.m. to noon, Saturday, April 28 at Skagit Valley College, 225 Weber Way in Friday Harbor.

Employers attending include: Port of Friday Harbor, Roche Harbor Marine, Ace Hardware, Peace Island Medical Center, Animal Inn, Friday Harbor Drugs, Browne’s Home Center, Frontline Call Center, University of Washington Labs, King’s Market, Friday Harbor House, Peter Schmidt Construction, and San Juan County Fairgrounds.

These employers will accept resumes and applications on the spot at the 2018 job fair, sponsored by the Career Center and Skagit Valley College.

Whether participants are looking for a full-time, part-time or seasonal job, the job fair is the opportunity to meet with a variety of employers and for employers to meet you.
