“CB Homes for Dogs Project,” a five-year campaign launched by Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC and Adopt-a-Pet.com, North Americas largest non-profit pet adoption website, helped facilitate more than 20,000 adoptions in just the first year alone. Coldwell Banker Launched “Old Dog New Dog,” a national advertising campaign which told the stories of a family and an older homeless dog who find each other thanks to the Coldwell Banker agent who is volunteering at a pet adoption event. “Old Dog, New Dog” ranked as the highest-rated real estate ad of 2018, according to Ace Metrix, the leader in measuring the impact of television and digital advertising.

“We are lucky enough to help people on San Juan Island find new homes every day. Now, we get to extend that service to pets in need. It’s a win-win,” Tim Gambrell, designated managing broker at Coldwell Banker San Juan Islands Inc., said.
“Animal shelters and rescues play a central role in making our world a better place. By bringing a shelter pet into your home you will change the life of the animal saved, teaching them they are valued and loved and in return adopted furry family members are life enhancers. The benefits of having pets are endless. They teach compassion and empathy, provide valuable companionship, add joy and unconditional love to your life while extending and enhancing your world. As a private no-kill shelter, the support of our friends and family allow us to create a better world. It’s about making this difference, one shelter pet at a time. Thank you to our APS-FH Friends and Family for your commitment to making a difference,” Felso said.
