Friday Harbor High School alumni Kaily Baker and Skyler Moeder made the Eastern Washington University’s Dean’s List for the 2017 fall quarter. An undergraduate student who earns 12 quality hours and receives a GPA of 3.5 or better is placed on the dean’s list.
