Flu season is here, so it’s time for flu shots. San Juan County Health and Community Services will offer vaccine clinics on San Juan, Orcas, Lopez and Shaw.

Make an appointment for the following dates at the San Juan Health and Community Services Clinic by calling 360-378-4474. The clinic is located at 145 Rhone St. in Friday Harbor.

• 2-6:30 p.m., Sept. 24.

• 2-6:30 p.m., Oct. 8.

• 10-12:30 p.m., Oct. 12.

• 1-4:30 p.m., Oct. 15.

No appointment is necessary for walk-in clinics on Lopez, Shaw and Orcas.

Receive a flu shot from 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Oct. 8, at the Orcas Senior Center at 62 Henry Road in Eastsound; 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m., Oct. 15, at the Shaw Community Center; and 1:30-5:30 p.m., Oct. 18 and 1:30-5:30 p.m. and Nov. 15, at the Lopez Health and Community Services Clinic at 2228 Fisherman Bay Road.
