Four San Juan neighborhoods received awards for participation in the Firewise program.

The four are Alaska Place, Cattle Point, Mitchell Point and Roche Harbor. Representatives of those four neighborhoods received the awards Tuesday, Dec. 10, as part of a recognition ceremony at the San Juan County Council chambers.
