San Juan Community Theatre’s monstrous spring musical has its final curtain calls Thursday* through Saturday, May 19-21 at 7:30 p.m. in the Whittier Theatre.

Directed by Carol Hooper, with musical direction by Jim Collado, The Addams Family, A New Musical is the latest translation of the iconic unique characters created by cartoonist Charles Addams. The musical brings the issue of “normal” versus “weird” families to the forefront. Since opening May 6, the musical has been receiving raves reviews for its sets, costumes, dancing, singing, orchestra and acting—all made possible by extraordinary island talents (more than 50 cast and crew!).

The Business Partner for the production is Kings Market. Tickets are $22 for adults, $11 for student reserved and $5 student RUSH at the door. (*Thursday is “Pay What You Can” at the door—no advance tickets available).
