Submitted by organizers

The Friday Harbor High School Senior Class of 2019 and Parent Teacher Student Association are taking orders for their annual holiday wreath sale. Get your beautiful, aromatic, long-lasting, 24” Northwest Noble Fir wreath with pinecones, berries and a handmade bow in the color of your choice for only $25!.These wreaths make great gifts for friends, family, neighbors and business associates.

Also, new this year, the senior class is selling delicious homemade pecan and pumpkin pies for $20 for Thanksgiving. Simplify your holiday by purchasing a pie or two while supporting senior’s graduation night. These two fall fundraisers are the largest fundraisers for the class of 2019. Proceeds go directly towards paying for “grad night”: a memorable, safe and sane graduation celebration.

Wreath and pie orders may be placed with any Friday Harbor High School senior class member, or contact Shannon Wilson at wilsons@rockisland.com or 360-317-6090. Wilson will be happy to have a student from the class of 2019 contact you to take your order up until Oct. 26. After that date, orders can be placed with Wilson directly.

Students will begin delivery of the wreaths on Saturday, Nov. 17, just in time for the holidays. Pies will be available for pick up between 8 a.m. and noon on Nov. 21 at the Mullis Center.

This year, the wreaths will not be available at the Island Artisan’s Holiday Fair but will be available at the Winter Craft and Flea Market on Dec. 1 at the San Juan County Fairgrounds.

If you don’t need a wreath or a pie, but want to support the seniors, donations would be greatly appreciated. Donation checks should be made payable to “FHHS PTSA” with “Grad Night 2019” in the memo line and mailed to Grad Night 2019 Committee, c/o Tanja Williamson, P.O. Box 1406, Friday Harbor, WA 98250. Any questions can be sent to FHGradNight@gmail.com.
