Start planning now for the Kids Maker Fair coming up in April! Island Rec is hosting the first annual Island Kid’s Maker Fair providing kids a forum to showcase their work. Booths are available for kids grades four through 12. With the help of parental supervision, young participants can produce their own products, set up their own booths, market their wares, interact with customers, handle and manage money and build confidence and entrepreneurial skills! The event will be at the Grange on Friday, April 21 from 4 – 5:30 p.m. Early Fee: $25 per booth, expires April 13, $30 thereafter.
