Below is our August 2022 Market Snapshot. We are noting numerous price reductions on homes and land, of the ACTIVE 61 homes, 19.6% of our sellers decided it was time to reduce their price. Those homes were on the market for an average of 82 days. Many more reductions this year than in the same period in 2021.
