The Port of Friday Harbor commissioners and staff would like to express our sincere gratitude to the Citizen’s Advisory Committee for their service in the evaluation of the port’s acquisition of the Albert Jensen and Sons Boatyard and Marina.

The committee, led by Jim Hooper as chairman, Bill Severson as vice chairman, and including members Bill Feyerhem, Jim Slocomb, Shannon FitzGerald, Chuck Dalldorf and Bob Brunkow, was instrumental in the port’s due diligence investigation of this purchase as well as the creation of the mission and master plan for the facility.
