Our family has known Bob Jarman for 35-plus years and have always known him to be a thoughtful, honorable, hard working and trustworthy man. At the beginning of his first term he dove into his new job with curiosity and enthusiasm and quickly proved himself to be a thoroughly competent commissioner for the people.
