I have worked with Victoria Compton for many years in her capacity as Executive Director of the Economic Development Council (EDC), as a Board member of that organization. I have appreciated her dedication, hard-work and ability to solve difficult problems for our community.

Her work to spearhead the Broadband Initiative was critical in bringing high-speed broadband to San Juan County. Her effort to launch trades training programs for islanders has transformed many lives.

I urge voters to choose Victoria Compton to represent our community as Port of Friday Harbor Commissioner. She has the energy and drive to be a voice for all of us islanders.
