Almost ready to go ‘postal’ over junk mail | Letters

The only positives to junk mail are that apparently thousands of low-level jobs are being created and the post office is being kept alive. The political parties and the "causes" —who even opens the envelopes?

Am I the only one who is just sick and tired of all the junk mail?

I’m personally making a resolution: Not one more check is going to leave my house that isn’t for a genuine local need.

Belatedly, I’ve realized—duh—that all this stuff just generates landfill, that’s all. Am I the only one complaining?  Is there no solution?
