Who are these people trying to take control of the Senior Center (Mullis Center)?

Let’s look:

– The Grange was taken over by this group of people, with leadership furnished by Mr. Penwell. During the two years of his tenure, the Grange was faced with chaos and arguments and disappeared as a community asset.

– Community Treasures, created by the same leadership, has provided us with nothing but an eyesore and a very poor example of management. It has been sued repeatedly by its neighbors.

– Mid-year of last year people began protesting against the Senior Center. Their concern was not food or services; their demands were for more prayer and patriotism. Their rudeness and hostility created nothing but chaos and arguments.

With this background, we have cause for concern.

With these various groups and Mr. Penwell’s leadership, they need to be denied.

Throughout this last year, it is easy to see that they have looked to the east for their north star leadership. The 20,000 lies; researched and printed in headlines by the Washington Post, seems to have been their north star on many, if not all, communications with anyone. Now we have to vote. “ARE WE NUTS?” !!
