Tim Bair guides San Juan Pasta Company

Since 2010, San Juan Pasta Company has provided island restaurants and retailers, and the Saturday Market, with fresh pasta, crackers, sauces, and pasta-related products.

Tim Bair brings 16 years of culinary experience to San Juan Pasta Company as its new executive chef.

A 2002 graduate of Friday Harbor High School, Bair has cooked at such famous restaurants as Commander’s Palace in New Orleans and Seasons of Maine in Bangor, Maine.

“I’m excited to rejoin the islands’ culinary family and to be an integral part of San Juan Pasta Company,” Bair said.
