Honor the Southern Resident orcas for Orca Action Month

June is Orca Action Month, honoring the Southern Resident orcas and the 50th anniversary of the Endangered Species Act.
Sunday, June 4 will be a kickoff event at the San Juan County Courthouse lawn. The event is free and includes storytelling and refreshments.
Meet at the County courthouse for a parade to celebrate the Southern Resident orcas with life-size dorsal fins. Parade through town, ending at the San Juan Island Grange.
