Friday Harbor Tiger Football teams win league championship

The youngest of the Friday Harbor Tiger Football teams won their league championship game against Darrington on Saturday, Nov. 2 at Lakewood High School. The team of first, second and third graders, coached by Sean Griffith, Andy Flierl, Tom Buchanan and Bryan Jackson, fought hard, coming back from a losing scoreboard at half time to win the game 58-50 and bring home the Superbowl Trophy.
