Engagement: Kitchen/Schwartzenbart

After meeting at church, working together on the music team over the past year and climbing to the top of several major Cascade peaks, on July 19—after climbing to the top of 7,600-foot Crater Mountain in the North Cascades—Aaron popped the question.

Dave and Elaine Kitchen proudly announce the engagement of their daughter Abigail Beth Kitchen to Aaron John Schwarzenbart. The engagement ring wouldn’t fit due to hands swollen from the climb.

A spring wedding is planned.
