Tigers juniors head to championship, peewees, freshmen end stellar seasons

The Friday Harbor Tiger peewees played in the North Cascade Youth Football League championship game on Nov. 3-4, against the Darrington Loggers. The Tigers lost 36-12 to end their season in second place overall. The Tigers ended up with an impressive 5-2 regular season record.

The freshman played Anacortes for their first-round playoff game and lost 36-12 ending the season.

The juniors played their first-round playoff game in Anacortes against the Orcas Kings. The Tigers prevailed and held the Kings to another scoreless game making it seven straight games with no points allowed. The final score was 48-0. The junior Tigers will advance to the NCYFL Championship game against the La Conner Braves.
