Spring break over; prep sports in full swing

Spring break is over and prep sports are in full swing.

Here's the (busy) schedule for San Juan Island's high school athletes:

— Monday: Soccer hosts Nooksack Valley.

— Tuesday: Golf at Shuksan vs. Mount Baker and Sedro-Woolley, 3:45 p.m.; Baseball at La Conner, 4 p.m.; Softball at La Conner, 4 p.m.; Lacrosse at Skagit Valley, 5 p.m.

— Thursday: Track at Concrete, 3:30 p.m.; Softball hosts Nooksack Valley, 4:30 p.m.

— Friday: Baseball hosts Granite Falls, 4:30 p.m.; Tennis hosts Coupeville, 4:15 p.m.; Soccer at Franklin Pierce, 6 p.m.

— Saturday: Baseball at Orcas (doubleheader), 2 p.m.; Softball at Orcas (doubleheader), 2 p.m.
