Second consecutive win for Taylor at San Juan | Golf

Friday Harbor's Jordyn Taylor shot 37 to medal in his second consecutive match at par-35 San Juan Golf and Country Club, March 31 vs. the Orcas Vikings.

All told, the Wolverines finished 41 strokes ahead of the Vikings, 217-258.

Cody Price, senior, shot 38; Dustin Howard, senior, shot 41; Quinn Bune, sophomore, shot a personal best 48; and William King, junior, shot 53.

Megan Cuomo, sophomore, shot 51.

Henry Bredouw led the Vikings with 42; Taylor Diepenbrock carded a 49.

Next: The Wolverines (3-0) travel to Shuksan to play Mount Baker and Sedro-Woolley April 15. They host Mount Vernon on April 17, then travel to Similk on April 23 to meet La Conner.
