Ron Bates, Frank Fagan and Bob Wingate were elected to three-year terms Sunday on the San Juan Golf and Country Club Board of Trustees.

The board consists of 10 members who elect a president, vice president, secretary and treasurer. Members also serve on committees: Finance, Greens, Handicap/Memorial, House, Membership, Publicity, Special Projects, Tennis, and Tournaments.

The board meets the third Monday of each month, at 5:30 p.m. in the clubhouse.

Coincidentally, Bates, Fagan and Wingate were members of the Red Team that won the club's recent Ryder Club Championship. Of the trio's election to the golf club board, Fagan exulted, "The Red Team's dominance continues."
