An open letter to American Legion Post 163, Auxiliary and Battery D:

On behalf of the Town of Friday Harbor, I thank you for producing and participating in the Memorial Day 2009 parade and event. Without your organization and hard work, the event would not have been as successful as it was.

A "well done" is deserved by all.
