Safe Routes to School is a national program soon to be implemented here in Friday Harbor.

For everyone in our community, please be on the lookout for news of this innovative approach to non-motorized transportation for our school children, and please volunteer to help if you can. Parents Marc Islam, Susan Williamson, Caroline Grauman-Boss and Tracy Roberson are enthusiastically working extremely hard to implement this nationwide effort for us.

Stay tuned.
