Same news, different spin…

Rebecca Gourley is an intern/reporter with the Washington Newspaper Publishers Association. An article she wrote regarding House Bill 2306 was printed online in several newspapers – and the title for each of these articles referenced the tax consequences of the proposed changes HB 2306 would make to the Open Space Taxation Act.
