Hearts warmed by 'Twinkle Elves' surprise | Letters

I do not know who they are, but we old like to thank the "Twinkle Elves" for making my and my husband's day.

I discovered in my mailbox a lovely handmade card awarding us a "Twinkle Award" for "Best Reindeer" award. I want the elves to know that my poor husband spends hours each year checking one by one, burned out bulbs to get that reindeer to light up each year, as there is always at least one string out.

So, to have this unexpected holiday joy arrive from elves unknown just helped to make our season a whole lot brighter.

So, "Thank You," Twinkle Elves, whomever you are (the award is now hanging on my Christmas tree).
