Dollars used well by United Way | Letters

I want to thank those who consider it their privilege to be able to make an gift each year to fund United Way and the many local agencies it supports.

We are a giving and serving people and there are always a few of our neighbors who need a helping hand. United Way volunteers carefully review applications and continually compare them to existing services and identified community needs. Overhead is tiny so our donations are applied right where need is greatest.

Watch for the pledge card in your mail and answer it with generosity this holiday season. Thank you.
