Despite the snow and wickedly cold weather, or maybe because of it, the 12th annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner at the Grange was a rousing success.

Nearly 400 guests were served and comments from both guests and volunteers indicated they all had a grand time. The most gratifying part of the entire event was that the most-heard comment was, “How can I help?”

This event involves every facet of the community and multiple service organizations on the island. Thanks to all who participated. YOU made our Thanksgiving special.
