Supports Nou for San Juan County sheriff

As our Nov. 2 election is approaching us, please carefully research our candidates for sheriff. I would like to support Rob Nou as our next county sheriff, and encourage you to do the same.
Rob’s qualifications as a professional law enforcement officer, chief of police and FBI National Academy graduate excels and will carry with him through his leadership in San Juan County as the next sheriff.
I have personally taken the time to get to know Rob and what he believes in and his passion for our islands and the community. I appreciate his involvement with EMS, fire department and involvement in schools. Rob is the kind of person who takes time to listen to each situation, no matter how insignificant it may seem to someone else.
Rob’s involvement in the FBI Academy gave him special training above and beyond, with skills he can continue to use in many different circumstances.
If elected as sheriff, Rob will make San Juan Island his permanent home, where I feel he will greatly fit in and be asset to the community.
