So said Auditor Milene Henley to the County Council, according to IslandGuardian.com.

She was speaking about the solid waste situation. We can no longer tolerate this foolishness.

Voters in District 2 on San Juan can help in November by voting for Laura Jo Severson to replace Rich Peterson.
