According to the Northwest Multiple Listing Service, in both February 2016 and 2017, there were 19 residential and condo units sold in San Juan County.
The median price for residential and condominium units dropped 8.83 percent, from $585,716 in 2016 to $534,000. In 2017, 28 residential and condo listings were added, as opposed to 32 in 2017 and there were 24 residential and condo properties pending sale at the end of the month.
