San Juan County Health and Community Services has scheduled the following 2019 flu clinics for the public. All flu clinics will be by appointment only unless otherwise noted. Call 360-378-4474 to schedule. Be advised that there are limited doses available at this time based on vaccine availability from the supplier.

• San Juan Health and Community Services: noon-4 p.m., Oct. 18; 3-6 p.m., Oct. 30; noon-2:30 p.m., Nov. 20; and 3-6 p.m., Nov. 22.

• Orcas Health and Community Services: 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Oct. 25; 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Nov. 15.

• Shaw Island Community Center: 11 a.m.-3 p.m., Nov. 7, walk-in clinic, no appointment necessary.

Medicaid insurance plans can be billed. Medicare plans can be billed for flu clinics involving five or more patients. Medicare cannot be billed on an individual basis. For all other health insurances, an invoice will be provided upon request for individuals wishing to submit a claim for reimbursement.
