Citizens Alliance for Property Rights San Juan will present a report, “Property Rights Regulations in San Juan County,” Tuesday, 5:30 p.m., at the San Juan Island Grange.

Guest panelists include Richard Civille, John Evans and Bob Levinson. The panel will review the following concerns:

— What is the history of the Critical Areas Ordinance?

— How does the San Juan County Uplands CAO affect property owners?

— How can we protect our environment without government intervention?

— What does Citizens’ Alliance for Property Rights propose?

— Should federal and state agencies be able to restrict your property rights?

After presentations, there will be a question and answer period. The forum is open to the public. Dinner is available by donation.
