Ask the candidates questions at Journal mini-forum at San Juan County Fair

The Journal will host a series of Candidate Mini-Forums at The Journal Booth during the San Juan County Fair.

Each forum will be about 30 minutes in length. Each candidate will be interviewed by a Journal staff member, and members of the public will be allowed to ask questions as well. The forum will be reported in the Daily Fair, on SanJuanJournal.com and in The Journal. Audio from each interview will also be uploaded onto SanJuanJournal.com.

Here is the tentative schedule.

Aug. 12: Mayoral candidates Carrie Lacher, noon; Robert Low, 1 p.m.

Aug. 13: Town Council candidates Felix Menjivar, noon; Clinton Mills, 1 p.m.

Aug. 14: Port Commission candidates Greg Hertel, noon; Sharon Kivisto, 1 p.m.
