The following public agencies meet this week. The meetings are open to the public.

Today
— Join County Council member Bob Myhr at the Lopez Island Library, 4-5:30 p.m., for a discussion of local and county issues, including Lopez UGA, Fisherman Bay Road Plan, stormwater ordinance and ferries.

Thursday
— Friday Harbor Town Council, noon, Town Hall Council Chambers, Second and West streets.

Monday
— San Juan County Council, staff meeting, 10 a.m., Large Conference Room, Legislative Building, 55 Second St., Friday Harbor.

Tuesday
— San Juan County Council, regular meeting, 10 a.m., Large Conference Room, Legislative Building, 55 Second St., Friday Harbor.

Oct. 10
— San Juan County Land Bank Commission, 10 a.m., Orcas Hotel dining room, 8 Orcas Hill Road, Orcas Island (next to the ferry landing). Public hearing to consider adoption of the revised draft Turtleback Mountain Preserve Stewardship and Management Plan.

Oct. 13
— San Juan County Ferry Advisory Committee, 8:30-10:30 a.m., Large Conference Room, Legislative Building, 55 Second St., Friday Harbor.

Oct. 14
— San Juan Island Library Board of Trustees, 6 p.m., San Juan Island Library meeting room.

Oct. 20
— San Juan County Agricultural Resources Committee, noon to 2 p.m., Lopez Island Library.

Oct. 22
— San Juan County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee, 10 a.m. to noon, Large Conference Room, Legislative Building, 55 Second St., Friday Harbor.

Oct. 31
— San Juan County Veterans’ Advisory Board, noon to 2 p.m., Large Conference Room, Legislative Building, 55 Second St., Friday Harbor.

Nov. 4
— San Juan Island Library Board of Trustees, 6 p.m., San Juan Island Library meeting room.
