'Our Stories': Helping to heal wounds through art

San Juan County Domestic Violence and Sexual Assault Services is looking for survivors of domestic violence and/or sexual assault who would like to tell their story through art.

DVSAS would like to display works of art (non-judged) created by survivors of domestic violence and or sexual assault at its booth at this year's County Fair.

The agency believes in healing through art and would like to give survivors an opportunity to tell their stories through their preferred artistic medium. Artist's name may remain confidential, if they wish.

Those who would like to participate in, "Our Stories" the Survivor's Art Gallery, contact DVSAS, 378-8680, Monday-Thursday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
